Refund policy

At 404Store, each product is made with care and often produced on demand. Because of this, our return process differs from traditional retail.

Returns Eligibility

We accept returns under the following conditions:

• The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect
  

If your item meets any of the above criteria, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

• Clear photos of the product
• An unboxing video (if available)

Return Process

Currently, we do not offer reverse pickup services.

• Customers are required to courier the product back to us manually
• Return shipping costs are to be borne by the customer
• The return address will be shared once your request is approved

Refunds

• Once we receive the returned product, it will undergo a quality check
• After approval, refunds will be initiated within 5–7 business days
• Refunds will be processed to the original payment method

Change of Mind

• If you wish to return a product due to a change of mind, you may do so by couriering the item back to us
• The product must be unused and in its original condition
• Shipping charges are non-refundable

Non-Returnable Situations

Returns may not be accepted if:

• The product has been used, washed, or damaged after delivery
• The return request is raised after 48 hours of delivery
• Required proof (images or video) is not provided
